  • We have incorporated a completely free job board in our site to create a resource that brings greater transparency to the job market and enables people to discover their options
  • We put time and energy behind a range of activity to help the disadvantaged understand their options and help to prepare for great opportunities: including a career fair at a local orphanage and a job confidence building event with a group of disabled Mongolians.
  • We have hired someone full time to help develop basic career guidance material (including salary information) so that everyone can be better informed about their options and chose and build the career they want.
