Based in our office in Ulaanbaatar, the position will contribute strongly to the success of our fast-growing operation. Your main objectives will include; •Liaison with Ministry of Health and Medical Licensing board •Development of subject/course content for national accreditation •Medical training to existing and new site staff •Provision of Remote Medical Site audits to enhance quality control •Clinical support to remote Medical Staff •Assist in management of government audits for remote sites •Relationship management with local referral and specialist hospitals •Provision of accredited 1st Aid Training internally and externally •Assisting in recruitment and interviewing of potential candidates •Assisting in the on-boarding of new staff This is a career development role that will provide you with international level training and can lead you to a National Medical Director’s position, as the business continues to grow and develop.
