An internal Recruiter is required for this highly successful distribution company.
Key responsibilities will be to set up the companies candidate sourcing strategy, develop and implement the staffing plan and train hiring managers on the Recruitment process.
This candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company gets the best possible talent in order to support their impressive growth ambitions.
Experience in Human Resources is an advantage, as are certificates in Human Resources. The candidate, must be able to speak Mongolian, English and Russian to a fluent level.
Excellent communication skills, good organizational and decision making skills and legal knowledge are an advantage.
