– Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and address IT needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Manage and assign internal workloads and responsibilities within the IT team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to the business plan.
– Maintain appropriate governance, quality checks, and information security within the team, fostering effective communication between departments.
